Description
The Cerro Corona Ascent. It is named after the rock formation at its summit. This feature allows to distinguish it from the nearby San Pedro de Atacama among many other impressive peaks of the sector. It has as its neighbor the active volcano Láscar and in front of the no less imposing Tumisa.
Its summit composed of immense dark colored rocks and the meeting of volcanic stone remains denote its proximity to the Láscar. Once again this region of Chile surprises us with another of the many impressive hills and volcanoes that are there to admire them and from time to time they allow someone to reach their peak.
