Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of uTu.Travel are described below. Any user transaction within the platform implies its reading, understanding and total acceptance.

Object:

uTu.Travel is a platform that connects the demand (tourists that require booking tourist activities) and the offer (tourism agencies, tour operators and tourism service providers). Therefore, the contracted services are provided by the corresponding provider, information that is indicated in the description of each of the activities.

Privacy:

uTu.Travel requests personal data from its users in order to provide the services offered and may use said information for commercial, dissemination, continuous improvement or other purposes.

Reservations:

Any reservation made in uTu.Travel implies the total understanding and acceptance of the conditions, characteristics, risks and costs of the respective activity.
Once a reservation and corresponding payment has been made, the user will receive a backup email which must be carried (in paper or digital) at the time of presenting to take the respective tour.

Payment:

The payment channel will be selected by the user, among the available options, all of them correspond to secure sites. uTu.Travel will not handle the information related to the means of payment of its users and will never request such information through any means.

Cancellation:

In the event that a user requires to cancel a reserved tour, it must comply with the specific cancellation policy of the contracted tour, information available in the service description. Cancellation requests should be sent to hola@utu.travel.
In the event that the service is canceled by the service provider, the reservation will be re-booked or its cost will be fully reimbursed, as the user prefers.
